McKechnie considers stock market withdrawal

Component and plastic engineering group McKechnie is considering withdrawing from the stock market following a poor performance by the company’s shares. The buyback of the Walsall-based company, valued at around £400m earlier this week, would create one of the largest public-to-private deals of recent years.
