New wood venture

An innovative waste recycling company, employing 15 people with learning difficulties, was officially opened at Pitmedden, Aberdeenshire this week. Wood RecyclAbility has the capacity to recycle 2,000 tonnes of wood waste per year from local companies into reusable wood chips. Shell Expro, BP Exploration and Amerada Hess will all supply the company with wood waste.
