The ASV pumps from Pump Engineering have a seal-less design.

The process fluids come into contact with the pump body and a flexible liner only, so the company claims that the pumps are suited to handling many types of corrosive, viscous or abrasive fluids.

The self-priming pumps are unaffected by dry-running and can be operated with a starved suction, without any damage.

The pumps operate with a rotor which is mounted eccentrically on a shaft and this rotates within the flexible liner.
