DataCell Stand V8541

DataCell will launch new turnkey product location and vision inspection tools, plus new software for optical recognition systems.

Datron Technology Stand R9640

Datron makes high-speed CNC milling machines, form-in-place dispensing systems, vehicle dynamic testing equipment and CADCAM software. It will introduce a system for constant volume dispensing of EMV shielding and silicon seals, and Iservo, `intelligent’ plug-and-go positioning drives.

Delavan Stand 9510

Delavan is to introduce the new KJAC range of quick release, flat spray nozzles, offering high pressure operation, and higher operating temperatures up to 93 degrees C, with an expanded range of flow rates and spray angles, a positive locking mechanism, and threaded or ball swivel bodies.

DG Controls Stand 8008

DG Controls is to launch a new range of modular stacking tower hazard warning beacon lamps, available in a range of colours and voltages. These include filament lamps, xenon strobes and rotating, pulsed and non-flashing light-emitting diodes. A rugged, impact resistant IP67 beacon/luminaire will also be introduced, capable of withstanding cleaning with high-pressure water jets.

EFD International Stand 9330

EFD supplies precision dispensing equipment and accessories for low and high-viscosity liquids. The new 725HF-SS precision filling system can be used for low-volume applications of medium-to-high viscosity materials. There will be a prize draw on the stand for a DotMaker dispense gun and HPD hand plunger dispensers.

Elastometall Ireland Stand 8001

Elastometall specialises in anti-vibration and rubber-to-metal bonded technology. It will introduce new elasto-machine mountings that isolate vibration, absorb shocks and dampen structure-bound sound, for use in vibration isolation in generators, tool and production, press and stamping machinery.

Elesa Clayton Stand 8015

Elesa Clayton sells a range of standard machine elements including handles, handwheels, levers and knobs in plastic, aluminium, steel and stainless steel, as well as position indicators, toggle clamps and levelling feet. A new range of small diameter (up to 60mm) levelling feet for machinery will be launched at the show.

EMKA Stand 8200

EMKA supplies locks, handles, hinges and gaskets to specialist enclosure and cabinet makers, and will introduce a range of wing handle and complementary locking systems. EMKA will also offer a new hinge and handle system for insulated cabinets.

Ensinger Stand 8411

Ensinger designs, makes and distributes semi-finished engineering plastics from standard nylons and acetals to high-performance materials such as Peek and Sintimid. It also produces a range of complex finished components for a variety of industries including food and drink, leisure, chemical, aerospace, medical engineering and nuclear. Ensinger is introducing a coloured Peek (Tecapeek) in standard sizes of rod, plate and tube; and will also show the TecaRim products range.

Fabreeka International Stand 9436/9441

Fabreeka designs and manufactures thermoplastic conveyor belts and also offers custom fabrication of belts. A new process enables direct welding of profiled cleats to polyurethane timing belts with an accuracy of 0.1mm.

The Fasteners Centre Stand 9215

The Fasteners Centre offers a range of products from high-performance injection moulded and spring steel fasteners to low-cost solutions, high-tolerance retaining rings and flat-wire springs, including the Smalley Crest-to-best flat-wire compression springs, useful where space is a design limitation. The Fasteners Centre will also give demonstrations in the Technology Advice Centre. A new CD-ROM features details of over 10,000 standard injection moulded and spring steel fasteners, as well as a questionnaire for custom-designed solutions.

Fibreforce Composites Stand 8810

Fibreforce manufactures GRP pultruded profiles and specialises in matching mechanical, thermal, anti-corrosion and other requirements. Fibreforce will introduce the new Eurocrete rod-and-tube and phenolic pultrusions, carbon-fibre strips used to reinforce bridges and concrete structures, and the Randome section which is used in telecommunications.

Fishercast Stand 9326

Canadian-based Fishercast supplies very small, complex, die cast zinc components to precise net shape. Parts will be displayed with complex geometries and multiple features, as well as internal threads. The Fishercast process uses hot chamber, direct-injection, automatic die casting machines, along with two-part tooling that closes to form a cavity. Then molten zinc alloy is injected under pressure into the cavity, ejecting the solid, newly formed component seconds later. Whereas conventional four-slide die casters form component features by pulling slides across a single plane, Fishercast tooling can pull across six planes. The use of multi-plane tooling orientation can accommodate multiple faces on complex components, such as a six-faced miniature lock plug. Fisher claims such parts could not be made using the four-slide casting method.

Flexlink Systems Stand 9146

Flexlink supplies flexible chain conveyor systems and will be launching the new XT twin-track conveyor system.

Flowcrete Stand 8539

Flowcrete is to unveil a new anti-microbial flooring system at Manufacturing Week. The Flowcrete Quartz range is a collection of solvent-free decorative floor finishes. There will also be a selection of high-tech flooring resistant to sugar, acids or oils; a self-levelling pumpable floor topping from Floorscreed Industrial; and polyurethane flooring systems Flowcrete HF and MF, which incorporate an Ultra-fresh anti-microbial additive, designed specially for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
