Project management firm Fluor Daniel has continued the exodus from a consortium bidding to manage a Home Office public safety radio network. Fluor Daniel follows Racal Electronics and Ericsson, which both left two weeks ago. It leaves NTL, Smith System Engineering, Simoco and NM Rothschild.
