Radiatron, the electromechanical component supplier is promoting three executives to strengthen its management team.

Trevor Holmes is operations director. He joined Radiatron in 1994 as materials manager and has implemented a new warehousing system.

Tim Crowley has been promoted to the board as finance director. He joined as finance manager in 1995.

Adrian Wynne is promoted to sales and marketing director.

Dr John Baits is director of technology at Cable & Wireless. He was previously managing director of research and information technology at Telstra, the Australian telecoms company.

Winn & Coales (Denso), the anti-corrosion products manufacturer, has promoted two scientists. Martin Smith, formerly chief chemist, will be group technical manager, with responsibility for research and formulations. Mark Minett takes his place as chief chemist with responsibility for management of the UK laboratory in south London. He was previously the senior development chemist.

CorinTech, the thick film hybrid printed circuit board manufacturer, has promoted Rod Piwowarski to production manager; he was previously technical manager
