The UK is one of the most attractive locations for business, according to a report published this week. The flexibility of the UK labour market and a comparatively light tax regime will be key factors for businesses deciding to locate over the next five years, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit. The report is the second to highlight the UK’s loose regulatory regime, with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development claiming in December that it had the lowest level of product market regulation of any OECD country.
