A Fisher-Rosemount company, Rosemount Analytical, offers a solution for reducing operating costs of difficult pH measurement with the new model PA-933, Cleanstar pH linear Extraction valve. The valve provides maximum sensor life and reduced maintenance costs where Steam-in-place or Clean-in-place treatment is required, such as in the pharmaceuticals industry.

Automatic cleaning is possible with the Cleanstar pH due to its compact design. The Cleanstar pH, in conjunction with Rosemount’s Analytical model 54 pH/ORP’s integral timer, eliminates the need for routine maintenance by a plant operator. With its cleaning and storage capacities, the valve increases the accuracy and reliability of the pH sensor.
