Wagon, the automotive component and precision engineering group, saw pre-tax profits for the year to 31 March rise almost 200% to £21.7m. This followed the sale of some UK subsidiaries and acquisitions in Europe, particularly the Aries Structures automotive business based in Italy and France. Wagon said it expected overseas sales to rise from 64% of sales this year to 75% next year.
