Lockheed expands in Oz

Lockheed Martin has acquired the defence and intelligence business of Australia-based RLM Systems, a provider of system engineering, software development, integration, and program management services and products.

Lockheed Martin acquired the RLM Systems business from RLM Holdings, its joint venture with the Tenix Group, a privately held Australian company. Terms of the cash transaction were not disclosed.

According to Lockheed Martin, RLM Systems has more than one hundred employees and contractors supporting defence and intelligence programs with systems and software development and integration services.

The company develops and supports complex systems and software solutions to meet the requirements of the defence and intelligence communities in Australia.
