LeCroy announces fourth-quarter revenues

LeCroy, a supplier of oscilloscopes and serial data test solutions, has reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2010 revenue of $36.8m (£23.6m), which compares with $33.6m in the sequential third quarter of fiscal 2010 and $27.2m in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009. 

The company also reported GAAP gross margin of 59.7 per cent, GAAP operating income of $2.8m and GAAP net income of $176,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, which compares with GAAP gross margin of 46.9 per cent, GAAP operating loss of $3.5m and GAAP net loss of $3.8m, or $0.31 per share, in the year-ago period.

Non-GAAP net income was $1.4m, or $0.11 per diluted share, which compares with $161,000 of non-GAAP net income, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of the previous year.
