Senergy and Aberdeen sign exploHUB centre agreement

Global energy services company Senergy has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aberdeen University that commits the organisations to co-operate in supporting the further development of the university’s exploHUB hydrocarbon exploration training centre.

ExploHUB was established in 2010 to provide an exploration training environment for industry that aims to prepare exploration geoscientists for the challenge of discovering the Earth’s remaining hydrocarbon resources.

The main areas of co-operation between Senergy and exploHUB will include: the marketing and promotion of exploHUB; co-operation at industry events; the sourcing of trainees for exploHUB; and the training of Senergy staff as part of an integrated staff development programme.
