NanoKTN helps Promethean Particles secure contracts

Promethean Particles, a spin-out company from the University of Nottingham, has secured three contracts as a result of attending one-to-one partnering meetings at events hosted by the Nanotechnology Knowledge Transfer Network (NanoKTN).

The company made a name for itself in developing a unique reactor technology to allow high product control and flexibility in inorganic nanoparticle dispersion manufacture.

It works with its customers to develop bespoke nanoparticle solutions for a range of industries including energy, health and personal care, electronics and security.

Promethean Particles’ production technology allows the continuous production of high-specification inorganic nanomaterial dispersions at both small and large scales, allowing for rapid screening and prototyping of new materials while ensuring that large-scale manufacture is available when the product is ready to enter the market.
