Clyde Bergemann Hanover (CBHAN) has been awarded an order to supply optimised air systems for two chemical recovery boilers to Torraspapel, Zaragoza, Spain.
The Stacked Air Systems (SAS) will include three air levels of the paper mill’s recovery boilers. CBHAN will increase the firing rate, extend the run time and improve emissions levels.
Circulation studies will be conducted by CBC Brazil to identify and redesign the areas that need to be improved for the boiler to operate at the higher loads.
The CR3 boiler will receive the complete system in 2013 and the CR2 boiler will be completed in steps with primary air equipment in 2013 and the stacked air system following in the future.
