ADS signs MoU with US and Canadian counterparts

ADS, the UK’s aerospace, defence and security trade organisation, is to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its US and Canadian counterparts, NDIA and CADSI, in Ottawa, Canada.

Rees Ward, ADS chief executive, Lt Gen Lawrence P Farrell, president of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and Tim Page, president of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI), will all sign the co-operative MoUs during a joint ADS, NDIA and CADSI defence and security industry symposium.

10 ADS member companies have travelled to Ottawa to participate in the symposium and to visit CANSEC, a Canadian defence and security sector exhibition.

Following the signing of the MoU, the UK companies will hold a half day of business-to-business meetings to explore opportunities with US and Canadian defence and security sector companies.
