BAE to provide support for MRAP vehicles

BAE Systems has received a $44m (£30m) contract modification from the US Marine Corps Systems Command to provide field service support and instructor services for mine-resistant, ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicles.

The company also received a $27.1m contract to equip US Army MRAPs with combat-proven Check-6 thermal camera systems that are designed to enhance mission effectiveness and soldier safety.
