Technip wins EPCI contract for East Rochelle development

Electricity infrastructure company Endeavour Energy UK has awarded Technip an EPCI lump-sum contract, worth around €70m (£62.2m), for the East Rochelle development in the North Sea.

The field is located approximately 185km northeast of Aberdeen, Scotland, in 140m of water.

The contract covers full project management, as well as detailed design, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning of 30km of pipe-in-pipe, flexible riser, free-issue umbilical, subsea isolation valves and manifolds.

The offshore installation campaign is scheduled to be completed during the second half of 2012 and will use vessels from the Technip fleet.
