As part of the rebranding – timed to coincide with the two year anniversary of its management buy out – the MTL Group has also adopted a new corporate identity and logo.
‘We’ve worked hard since the buyout to grow the business, both within our existing client base and with new customers,’ said Henry Shirman, managing director at MTL Group. ‘We have strengthened our management team and invested heavily in the latest equipment. Our strategy is to invest in both people and equipment that allows us to offer our customers an enhanced value proposition.
‘The company has a strong customer base serving many different sectors including construction, quarrying, recycling, agriculture and defence. The name-change was the obvious next step.’
‘This is a very different business to the one we acquired two years ago,’ continued Shirman. ‘We have increased the rate of investment substantially in both equipment and people, empowering all levels of employees to become involved in the decision making process and take ownership of their piece of the business. It’s a new era for the company.’
