International Isotopes notes revenue decrease

International Isotopes, a manufacturer of nuclear medicine calibration and reference standards, has announced that revenue for the three-month period ended 31 March 2010 was $1.1m (£0.8m), compared with $1.7m for the same period in 2009 – a decrease of 35 per cent.

Gross profit for the period was $376,000, compared with $869,000 for the same period in 2009, showing a decrease of 57 per cent. 

Net loss was $1.3m, compared with $588,000 for the same period in 2009, which indicates an increase in loss of $677,000.
