A global self-service order processing and customer service portal for 24-hour, all-year availability has been launched by supply chain management software solution supplier Fourth Shift Europe.
Called Your Customer Centre, the initiative is designed to enable manufacturing companies to place their sales processes on the web, improve customer service, and streamline information flow throughout their company. The system is also able to operate in multiple languages and the currencies of many countries, including the Euro.

Your Customer Centre is completely integrated with the Fourth Shift suite of internet-enabled enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications for the manufacturing industry and supply chain management.
