Alstom wins RFF contracts

Alstom Transport has been awarded two separate contracts with Réseau Ferré de France (RFF) for the delivery of the Rhine-Rhone high-speed line project.

The first order, awarded to a consortium made up of Inexia, Legrand and Alstom Transport, will involve signalling work and preliminary studies on cable and control centres for the 140km Rhine-Rhone high-speed line.

The second contract will see Alstom responsible for the installation and parameterisation work of SMARTLOCK 400 computerised interlocking control units (PAI-NG) for the Dijon-Perrigny station.

The contracts are worth a total of €37.3m (£29.5m) and will be carried out at Alstom’s facilities in Saint-Ouen and Villeurbanne, France.
