Ceva revenues rise in third quarter

Ceva, a licensor of silicon intellectual property (SIP) platform solutions, has revealed that total revenue for the third quarter of 2010 was $10.7m (£6.8m) − an increase of 11 per cent compared with the $9.7m reported for the third quarter of 2009.

Licensing revenue was $4.5m − a decrease of 15 per cent compared with $5.2m in the third quarter of 2009 − while royalty revenue was $5.2m − an increase of 42 per cent over $3.7m in the 2009 third quarter.

Revenue from services was $1m − an increase of 35 per cent from $0.7m in the third quarter of 2009.
