JCB supplies machines to plant hire company HE Services

Construction equipment company JCB has secured a deal worth almost £14m to supply a fleet of 350 machines to HE Services, a Kent-based excavator hire company.

The announcement was made as part of a visit by British cabinet minister George Osborne during a visit to JCB Transmissions, Wrexham, which will manufacture axles and gearboxes for more than half of the products ordered.

HE Services signed an order for a wide range of JCB products including mini excavators, Loadall telescopic handlers, 3CX backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders and tracked excavators, to be supplied by JCB dealer Greenshields JCB.

HE Services offers all of its plant either on self-drive hire or with an experienced qualified operator.
