Key appointments at WSP

WSP has appointed Mark Hurley to lead its environment & energy business, which has almost 400 people across the UK. He joins WSP from Mouchel where he spent 14 years, most recently as head of environment, responsible for business growth and financial performance of a 300 strong business unit.  WSP has also appointed Nick Offer to head up its London building services unit.  Nick joins WSP from Arup, and has thirty years’ of building services consultancy experience, with particular interest and expertise in the design of low energy use buildings. At Arup he helped lead the London building services team, project directing several major projects including the Shard and the Olympic village.
