In light of the Paris attacks, new measures have been announced to help combat the threat of terrorism in the UK. These include a doubling of the cybercrime budget by 2020, and more research into screening technology. Which of the statements below do you most agree with in relation to technology’s role in the fight against terrorism?

  • Technology has a vital role to play, in particular with regard to border screening and cybersecurity.
