Through Magnetrol’s introduction of the free PACTware in 2007, many Eclipse 705 users have discovered its advantages. The actual HART DTM’s are all certified and tested for full compatibility through dtmINSPECTOR, which is the official test protocol that verifies the compatibility of DTM’s with all FDT related technology. The Eclipse 705 is a 2-wire loop-powered level and liquid-liquid interface transmitter with HART, FOUNDATION fieldbus or PROFIBUS PA communication protocols on board.
