The XY300M-SG is a 2 axis stage with more than 300 microns of stroke per axis and an unloaded resonance frequency higher than 300 Hz. This stage has a symmetric mechanical axis configuration based on 2 Amplified Piezo Actuators APA® integrated in electrical push-pull configuration around the payload interface. This results in a self-compensated thermomechanical behavior of the payload position over a wide temperature range

[-40°C…+60°C] where the stage provides a nominal +/- 150 microns of stroke in closed loop. It is recommended to control this stage with CCBu40 in order to benefit from both the full operating and control bandwidth. The main applications are lens micro-scanning and Line of sight stabilization in embedded Electro Optic systems for image resolution enhancement and Anti blurring functions.
