At the 7th European Altair Technology Conference in Munich, Germany, on 24–26 June 2014, Altair Engineering will focus on the latest trends, developments and applications in the areas of enterprise CAE, business intelligence, data management, grid computing, design and engineering services.

The conference will look at new strategies and examples of enterprise simulation methods in the development of innovative products, highlighting solver solutions and lightweight design as well as Altair’s overall simulation platform.

The three-day event will be divided into two parts. On 24 June, Altair will host workshops on simulation topics including concept design, non-linear analysis and acoustic and NVH analysis. In the afternoon, the company will offer the first Altair roundtable discussion, which will provide a platform for industry experts, thought leaders and the press to discuss contemporary industry topics.

The 25 and 26 June will be dedicated to the traditional conference programme with several keynote presenters and technical presentations. On 26 June, Altair will host its Academic and Industry CAE Collaboration Day as a separate session parallel to the other technical presentations.

Altair also plans to host Meet the Expert sessions again, which will highlight the capabilities of the latest version of its Hyperworks software suite and will give attendees access to Altair’s development experts. On the evening of day one and during the two conference days, the attendees will have the opportunity to visit the broad partner exhibition area, which will showcase partner solutions and customer applications and products that have been developed with Altair solutions.
