AP Technologies is offering Vertilon’s full range of PhotoniQ charge integrating multi-channel data acquisition systems (DAQs) and multi-channel photon counting systems.

Vertilon DAQ system

PhotoniQDAQs are suitable for the data acquisition of signals from PMTs, avalanche photodiodes, and the latest generation of silicon photomultipliers (SiPMs), performing all of the required signal processing functions between the sensors and host PC in what the company describes as an off-the-shelf, easy-to-use solution.

AP says that a further major benefit of Vertilon’s  PhotoniQrange is that the technology is offered in both benchtop laboratory and stripped-down OEM configurations — allowing customers to develop systems in the lab and then integrate the technology into production systems.

The flexibility of PhotoniQ DAQs allows them to be used in a wide range of applications such as confocal microscopy, PET, SPECT, particle physics, bioaerosol fluorescence detection, flow cytometry and radiation detection.

Standard PhotoniQ DAQs are available in four formats — two to eight channel, 32, 64 and 128 channel.

Standard sensor interface boards (SIBs) are also available — facilitating mounting of a wide range of SiPM & MPPC arrays, APD arrays and linear/2D multianode PMTs.
