The Brownell NEPS1000 Advantage is a self-contained automatic dry gas purging system intended for use in conjunction with desiccation or as a regular service/maintenance function.

The system is designed to keep equipment operating under extreme environmental conditions.

The NEPS1000 Advantage meets the needs of both equipment manufacturers and end users.

The dry gas purging of equipment increases the temperature operating envelope in which equipment can function before there are any noticeable problems that can be attributed to water.

These issues can range from condensation to corrosion and even mould growth.

The single-connection purging system provides an LCD readout of both pressure and dewpoint.

In conjunction with these parameters, it is also possible to perform other functions, including leak testing, gas quality (dewpoint testing) and automatic gas control.

It can even perform moisture vapour transmission rate (MVTR) testing.

The NEPS1000 Advantage is housed in an IP67 carrying case, which makes it suitable for deployment in many different operating environments.
