Ondrives has announced that its latest range of precision parallel helical gears can be found in its mechanical drives and power transmission catalogue.

Precision parallels start at 0.5 Mod going up to 3.0 Mod in 0.5 Mod increments as standard and right-hand helixes run with the left hand.

Other modules are also available on request, with some 4.0 Mods made recently.

All gears are made to Quality Grade 7e25 DIN 58405, with other quality grades available on request.

Numbers of teeth vary from 15 to 230 as standard.

Different bore sizes, tapped holes, keyways, pin holes and numbers of teeth can be modified and added as per customers’ requests, with standard prices for these in the catalogue, helping customers to work out modified prices.

Standard materials are 817M40T steel and 805M20 case hardened; customers need to specify at the time of ordering.

Complete specials to customers’ drawings are also available.
