Michell Instruments has updated the Easidew TX dew point transmitter to allow it to take accurate measurements in pressures up to 450 bar or 6500 psi.

The Easidew TX is a fully configured and calibrated moisture transmitter that can be incorporated into air or gas control systems.

The Easidew transmitter makes measuring trace moisture and dew point as accessible as taking temperature and pressure readings.

The Advanced Ceramic Moisture Sensor in the Michell Easidew TX is coupled with advanced microprocessor-based measurement circuitry to produce a calibrated and interchangeable sensor transmitter.

Calibration exchange, or service, can be affected in seconds, even by untrained personnel.

The transmitter is simply disconnected, removed from its sampling block and replaced by a calibrated unit.

On-going operating costs are low because of the transmitter stability and reliability.

For customers that need traceability, only periodic re-certification is required; in these cases, Michell has an exchange programme to ensure the process is never out of operation.

The Easidew TX is suitable for compressed air dryers, hydrogen coolant in power generators and industrial gas manufacture.
