Electrolysers from Ti Anode keep seawater intakes free from bio-fouling, maintain the efficiency of heat exchangers and reduce system maintenance costs with extended equipment life.

They can be used whenever seawater or freshwater is utilised in an engineering process at power stations, desalination plants, petrochemical works or refineries.

The production capacity of a single electrolyser is 125kg/hr maximum and higher-capacity Cl2 production will be enabled with multi-fold cell assembly – more than 1,250kg/hr for industrial/commercial applications.

The electrolysers are manufactured using CTE, PPE or PPME technologies.

Electrodes are manufactured form titanium sheet, mesh, plate, rod, wire, tube, pipe and the combination of all of the above, confirming to ASTM B 265, 348 and 337 or 338 gr1 and 2.

Electrodes are to be coated with platinum group of precious-metal mixed oxide and/or platinum in the thickness of minimum 6 to 10um.

Bipolar, mono-polar and reverse-polarisation cell design is also possible.

Ti designs the cell voltage for 3.5 to 4.5.

Life guarantee for DSA (precious metal oxide mix) coating is five years, depending on the current density and substrate.
