ESAB is now offering a range of mostly wheeled power sources with standalone wire feeders.

All models in the range offer MIG/MAG processes and they are designed for welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

The Origo Mig L305 and L405 (with Origo Feed L302/L304) have maximum outputs of 300A at a 25 per cent duty cycle and 400A at a 50 per cent duty cycle respectively.

The smaller machine offers 10 voltage steps, while the larger can achieve 40.

The Origo Mig 410 and 510 (with Origo Feed 304/484 M12) offer maximum outputs of 400A at a 50 per cent duty cycle and 500A at a 60 per cent duty cycle respectively, with 40 voltage steps.

Also featuring 40 voltage steps is the Origo Mig 320 (with Origo Feed 302 M11/304 M12), which has a maximum output of 320A at a 30 per cent duty cycle.

The Origo Mig 402c, 502c and 652c (with Origo Feed 304/484 M13 and Origo Yardfeed 200 M13y) have maximum outputs of 400A, 500A and 650A respectively, all at a 60 per cent duty cycle.

These are step-less voltage units and, in addition to the standard MIG/MAG processes, they offer MMA and the two larger models feature carbon arc gouging.

TIG is available as an accessory.

The Origo Mig 4002c, 5002c and 6502c (with Origo Feed 3004/4804 MA23/24 and Origo Yardfeed 2000 MA23) have maximum outputs of 400A, 500A and 650A respectively, all at a 60 per cent duty cycle.

They use a step-less voltage system.

In addition to the standard MIG/MAG processes, they feature MMA.

Special functions are QSet and Synergic MIG/MAG (panel MA24).

The last in the series is the Mig 3001 and 4001i (Origo Feed 3004/4804 MA23/24 and Origo Yardfeed 2000 MA23).

Maximum outputs are 300A and 400A respectively, at a 35 per cent duty cycle.

These are step-less voltage machines and have MMA processes in addition to MIG/MAG.

Special functions are QSet and Synergic MIG/MAG (panel MA24).

ESAB’s Aristo Mig 4002c, 5002c and 6502c (Aristo Feed 3004/4804 U6/U82 and Aristo Yardfeed 2000 MA6) have maximum outputs of 400A, 500A and 650A at a 60 per cent duty cycle.

They are step-less, offering MMA, pulse MIG and carbon arc gouging.

Special functions are QSet, Synergic MIG/MAG (panel MU6) and Superpulse (Aristo U82) as extras to MIG/MAG.

The Aristo Mig 3001i and 4001i (Aristo Feed 3004/4804 U6/[U82] and Aristo Yardfeed 2000 MA6) have maximum outputs of 300A and 400A at a 35 per cent duty cycle.

This is a step-less voltage unit offering MMA and pulse MIG in addition to the standard MIG/MAG.

Special functions offered are QSet, Synergic MIG/MAG, pulse MIG (panel U6) and Superpulse (Aristo U82).

The Aristo Mig 5000i (Aristo Feed 3004/4804 U6/[U82] and Aristo Yardfeed 2000 MA6) has a maximum output of 500A at a 60 per cent duty cycle.

This is a step-less voltage unit offering MMA, pulse MIG and carbon arc gouging, in addition to the standard MIG/MAG.

Special functions offered are QSet, Synergic MIG/MAG, pulse MIG (panel U6) and Superpulse (Aristo U82).

Finally, the Aristo Mig 4000i and U5000i (Aristo Feed 3004/4804 U6/(U82) have maximum outputs of 400A at a 35 per cent duty cycle and 500A at a 60 per cent duty cycle respectively.

These are step-less voltage units offering MMA, TIG, pulse MIG, pulse TIG and carbon arc gouging, in addition to the standard MIG/MAG.

Special functions offered are QSet, Synergic MIG/MAG, pulse MIG (panel U6) and Superpulse (Aristo U82).

As part of ESAB, a world leading supplier of welding and cutting solutions, ESAB Group (UK) Ltd have access to a product research and development programme, the envy of the welding industry.

The brand is synonymous with world leading expertise  and today the company produces consumables and equipment for virtually every welding and cutting process and application.

As a logical step following his invention of the covered welding electrode back in 1904, Oscar Kjellberg founded ESAB. Since then, the company has constantly improved on existing methods and materials. At the same time, ESAB has developed new methods to meet the challenge presented by technological progress.

More than 100 years of continuous research, development and manufacture have made ESAB a world leader in welding, cutting and also an international supplier of products, know-how and services that none can match.

At is UK headquarters, ESAB Group (UK) Ltd have a team of highly experienced and qualified staff who are always available to offer help and advice on all aspects of welding and cutting.
