With the introduction of its TC-267 topcoat, FLEXcon is offering four non-vinyl films suitable for graphics used in retail, point-of-purchase and tradeshow displays.

The company is also launching flexible magnets and novelty, school and bumper stickers.

Geared for wide-format solvent and eco-solvent printers such as Mimaki, Roland VersaCamm, HP Designjet 8000, and Seiko, the four VBS Supreme products using TC-267 are: FLEXmark MM 200 Silver TC-267 V-344 90 PFW; FLEXmark PM 200 Clear TC-267 V-344 90 PFW; FLEXmark PM 200 White TC-267 V-344 90 PFW; BRUSHcal MM 200 BBStainless TC-267 V-344 90 PFW.

The durable exterior TC-267 topcoat and FLEXcon’s V-344 adhesive, make these films suitable for high- and low-surface energy substrates.

The films are also backed with a 90lb moisture-stable polycoated layflat release liner for ease of converting.

FLEXcon can also create custom product constructions such as adhesive coat weight, liners and film gauge.

FLEXcon’s TC-267 topcoat can be used to customise any of FLEXcon’s PET film substrates, including gold, silver, bright brushed stainless steel (BBStainless), clear and white in different calipers.

TC-267 can also be paired with any of FLEXcon’s variety of adhesive choices.
