Intertronics launches gasketing resin with light-curable properties

Intertronics has introduced the Dymax GA-140-SC: a UV/visible light-curable material suitable for use with nylon and most plastics.

The gasketing resin uses See-Cure technology, which indicates the state of curing with a colour change. In its uncured state the resin is blue and in a fully cured state it is clear.

The company says the resin cures in seconds and will enable increased production speed while enhancing product quality due to the resin’s tear resistance.
