Klass Group has announced that it is offering customers a fully funded 22-point machine tool health check.

The company said it will send a trained machine health check (MHC) inspector to customers’ premises to check up to four machines in one visit (dependent on size and complexity).

The MHC inspector will check and provide customers with a report on the overall appearance and cleanliness of each machine and its ability to operate effectively in four key areas; the appearance and cleanliness of electrical switchgear control – again, four key areas will be examined; the appearance of each machine’s hydraulics system and its ability to operate effectively in three key areas; and the appearance of axis backlash, slide ways/guards, spindles, lubrication, coolant, swarf conveyors and OEM guarding.

There is no cost or obligation for the machine health check.

The company asks that when it has submitted its report and findings, customers allow Klass to go through the report with them and, if required, be allowed to prepare a competitive quote.

There are no minimum deposits, no 0 per cent finance or large monthly repayments, just customers’ existing machine tools brought back to a condition they deserve.
