We have released a shield clamp that allows users to shield on both sides of a cable to eliminate noise. Our KLBUE RC shield clamp discharges interference currents. The built-in frequency filter in the shield clamp prevents high frequency noise from being transferred across the cable. It effectively suppresses interfering currents to help ensure a more effective and responsive system.

Perfect for use in long or extensive systems, the KLBUE RC shield clamp is particularly ideal in shipbuilding, rail infrastructure, power stations, process systems and other industrial facilities where the use of numerous data cables, processors and frequency converters is growing and so too, does the potential for problems. The use of the KLBUE RC shield clamp on the field side(s) reduces transfer impedance and improves system performance and stability.

The KLBUE RC shield clamp also aids functional earthing to help protect the electrical equipment.

Most people are aware of protective earthing to keep life and assets safe. Functional earthing protects electrical equipment. The KLBU RC allows users to shield at both ends of long cable routes to also help ensure the performance and safety of the electrical cables.

The KLBUE RC shield clamp is also certified for resistance to vibration. It meets the requirements of wind-power plants and can be used in mobile installations.

A high-pass filter between the shield clamp and mounting rail filters lower-frequency signals so that only “genuine” disruptive currents are reliably discharged.

Designed to perform, the unit features a high pass between the shield clamp and mounting rail. This filters low-frequency signals while ensuring that only real interference currents are securely discharged.

What’s more, unlike traditional shields, which are often tall add-ons as they need mounting rails, the KLBUE RC is quite short. This low, compact solution lets users connect the shield anywhere they like.

Three clamp sizes (3–8 mm, 4–13.5 mm and 10–20 mm) to suit the conductor cross-section and provide secure contacting.

Available in three different terminal sizes from 3-20mm, the shield clamps match cable diameters for secure contact. Plus, they allow for flexible installation. Whether users are working with TS 35 top-hat rails or TS 27 C-rails, the devices are simple to install.

The ergonomically designed BTWZ KLBU tool makes for simple operation and ensures secure clamp contacting. And the IS 4 KG hexagon socket wrench allows users to easily fit the shield clamp in any installation situation, while a knob helps attain a good hold and secure contact. You can therefore easily and firmly connect the shield clamp in any direction to the cable.
