KMT has unveiled a range of components for ultra-high pressure applications in industries such as oil and gas, polyethylene manufacturing, aerospace and defence, and chemical and petrochemical.

The range includes ball and needle valves, hydraulic air actuators, high-pressure fittings and couplings, tubing, connectors and check valves.

They all form part of KMT’s Precision System Components (PSC) range and are designed for applications with pressure ratings from 1,000 to 6,200bar.

Other products are medium- and high-pressure fittings, including glands, collars, plugs, caps and safety heads.

They feature a weep hole as a safety feature that alerts users to any insecure connections.

PSC products are suitable for new installations and retrofit applications.

They offer at least the same quality and performance as original parts, making them ideal for retrofitting.

Product life-cycle testing has demonstrated up to 14 per cent longer life with PSC components, compared with alternative makes.
