Dynamic maintenance consultancy Mainnovation will deliver a presentation called ‘Value Driven Maintenance’ at the Infrastructure Asset Management Conference, to be held 23-24 November in London.

Mick Saltzer, managing consultant from Mainnovation, will join experts such as Jeremy Bending, director of network strategy for National Grid; Chris Royce, head of strategic asset management at Anglian Water; and Kevin Dunning, head of asset management for London Underground, at the annual conference, now in its eighth year.

The theme of this year’s event is delivering efficient networks and investment and the content will provide insight into the operational and strategic measures required to deliver the efficiencies being demanded by companies and regulators.

Other, more long-term challenges such as asset management in new-build and the threats posed by climate change, will also be discussed.

Mainnovation’s paper, entitled ‘Value Driven Maintenance: Reveal the Hidden Value of Your Assets’, will take place on the first day of the event.

During his 30-minute presentation, Saltzer will address how to optimise maintenance and asset performance and minimise operational expenditure through a structured framework, all supported with recent best-practice case studies from across Europe.
