MonsterCAM has selected Powershape design software and the Powermill CAM system from Delcam to drive its EWW continuous five-axis machining centre, which is 45m long, 7m wide and 4m high with a volumetric cutting space of 1,260m3.

MonsterCAM was conceived by Curvature Group and Marine Concepts. The need for such a large piece of equipment was driven by requests for larger patterns from the companies’ customers in the marine, wind energy and architectural sectors.

Using Delcam software, MonsterCAM is fully capable of handling any projects and the pressures these bring with them.
