Renishaw’s Equator gauging system — suitable for automotive, aerospace and medical applications, manufacturing processes and accepting parts from multiple machines — will be exhibited at the Aero Engineering 2011 show in Birmingham, from 9–10 November.

Equator’s patented design is capable of high-speed comparative gauging for the inspection of high-volume manufactured parts. The machine is low-cost, lightweight and according to the company highly repeatable and easy for operators to use.

Renishaw will also be displaying OEM Laser Modules from group company MDL, the PH20 five-axis touch-trigger system for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and its (CMM) retrofit service.

The company will be exhibiting at Stand 302 in Hall 20.
