Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has introduced Tygon 2375 tubing for chemical dispensing applications, including facility cleaning systems such as institutional warewashers, commercial laundry and car washers and pesticide and herbicide sprayers.

The chemical-resistant and flexible tubing, which is now available in Europe, replaces Tygon 2075 and offers an improved pressure rating.

Tygon 2375 can withstand concentrated chemicals over extended periods and is virtually unaffected by acids, bases, ketones, salts and alcohols.

Further benefits

  • Tygon 2375 is a clear, non-DEHP high-purity tube, meaning it can be disposed of safely at the end of its operational life without harming the environment.
  • It can extend product life, reduce costs and cut operational downtime.
  • Tygon 2375 will not embrittle or crack prematurely and improves pressure ratings by between 30 per cent and 50 per cent compared with Tygon 2075.
