Thermal Imagers - .PDF file.

Testo has upgraded its range of thermal-imaging cameras with models offering improved thermal sensitivity (NETD) and Twinpix image overlay on a PC.

With an NETD of less than 50mK in the Testo 881 and less than 80mK in the Testo 875, the thermal imagers provide high thermal sensitivity and image quality, according to the company.

With Twinpix image overlay, the IRSoft PC software from Testo offers an additional analysis function for image processing.

The thermal imagers, with integrated digital cameras, store an infrared image and a real image simultaneously.

By setting marking points that correspond in the infrared and real image, the images are overlaid exactly.

Even scenes with measurement objects at different distances can be blended without a problem.

With the Twinpix professional imager overlay, the two images are superimposed over each other in the PC software.

Testo claims that this picture-on-picture feature makes it easier to visually identify anomalies.
