The Promarker 300 and Speedmarker 300 from Trotec Laser are compact desktop workstations for the high-volume marking of small to medium-sized parts.

The Promarker 300 combines high-speed galvo marking with optimum safety (laser class 2) and ergonomics, according to the company. It is particularly suitable for marking metal or plastic pieces in high volumes.

The Speedmarker 300 is designed for all industrial marking tasks. It marks metals and plastics at minimal cost, according to Trotec, freeing the user from the need to outsource their marking services.

Key features and benefits

  • Both models have solid closed housings, which means they fall under laser safety class 2; no protective equipment such as laser safety glasses or architectural adjustments are required.
  • The laser system can be used as a seated or standing workstation, and the open access to the work area makes ergonomic part handling possible.
  • Fumes and dust are removed in an environmentally friendly way by the optional exhaust system.
  • At the core of the laser marking systems are maintenance-free, air-cooled galvo ber lasers, which ensure a long machine lifetime and flawless marking results on both metals and plastics.
  • A range of configurations and options (including lenses, rotary attachments and a pass-through system for big and bulky parts) is available.
  • Directmark printer driver software for the Promarker 300 allows the user to mark directly from any graphics, CAD or label-printing software.
  • The Promarker 300 offers high flexibility, meaning it is just as good at production promotional items as it is laser marking components or type plates.
  • Speedmark software is included with the Speedmarker 300, meaning everything from direct input to a fully automated marking workflow is possible without specialist training.
