the UK-based aerospace, defence and electronics group, is to acquire the business of Avery-Hardoll from Cobham Fluid Systems, subject to regulatory and consultation processes.
The cash consideration of £8 million is payable on completion, with a subsequent working capital adjustment.
Avery-Hardoll, located in Blandford,
Avery-Hardoll will form part of the Meggitt Aerospace Equipment division, and will complement Whittaker Controls which produces fluid controls, valves and subsystems, ground fuelling equipment and quick disconnects.
