Artist's exhibition
Chris Haworth is a quality supervisor at the Exide Technologies battery plant at Bolton, but in his spare time he is a dab hand with the brush… or pen, and now has his own exhibition in Wensley Gallery, Ramsbottom. His passion is for landscapes using watercolours, acrylic and ink in various styles. He says: “As a quality supervisor for the country’s largest traction battery manufacturer, you have to look at processes in a very analytical manner. When I paint it’s not a dissimilar process. I have to look for what is actually there, rather than what I think is there.”
