Huntsmanand their Chinese partners have started up their recently built $1b integrated isocyanates complex at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, China. The other companies involved are Shanghai Hua Yi, Sinopec Shanghai Gao Qiao Petrochemical Corporation and Shanghai Chloro-Alkali Chemical.
