Gravatom has successfully completed two spectrometry solutions now operational at British Nuclear Group’s laboratories in Sellafield, Cumbria. The solutions, developed in conjunction with Nu Instruments and PerkinElmer LAS, enable elemental and isotopic analysis of chemical samples within radio-chemical containment systems. The Nu Instruments contract involved the design, manufacture, development, testing and installation of a bespoke ventilated enclosure for a high value mass spectrometer unit.
