Cropico, the specialist supplier of precision measurement equipment, has been appointed as the exclusive UK agents for the Sefelec Synor range of high voltage harness and cable testing systems.
The move will enable Cropico to extend the range of high voltage testers available to UK customers, providing a comprehensive electrical safety offering with a product suitable for all requirements.
This ranges from the versatile and reliable Horizon HV wiring analyser for HiPOT testing to 1,000V to Synor's double core harness which can undertake the safe electrical testing up to 100,000V.
Sefelec is a leading supplier of electrical safety testing (ground bond testing, insulation resistance testing, HiPot testing, line leakage testing) equipment which acquired Synor Electronique in 2001.
The Synor high voltage series includes the popular Synor 420X series which is used for production as well as for maintenance and is capable of providing comprehensive AC/DC dielectric strength testing.
Products comply with the VDE, UL, CSA standards and to the main EN European standards involved in the Low Voltage Directive (LVD).
Bill Earlie, applications and technical sales engineer said: "The addition of Synor testers means we'll now be able to offer the market upwards of 200 products.
"Customers will have a wider choice of products to choose from, supported by the high quality aftersales care and support they've come to expect from Cropico."
The Synor series will form part of a wide range of Cropico precision measurement instrumentation available from the Seaward Group. More at www.cropico.co.uk
